Guests can visit numerous historical and cultural points of interest, located near the hotel, such as the Royal Path (registered in UNESCO World Heritage List) situated near the Powder Gate on the Old Town Square. Other sightseeings such as the Church of Our Lady before Tyn, Ungelt area, Old Town Square and near Jewish synagogues attract tourists thanks to their inimitability and uniqueness.

The hotel rooms are all furnished with Art Deco-style and the atmosphere of a small, elegant hotel is enhanced by the Old Town area and the shopping centre on the Republic Square (Namesti Republiky). Guests can shop in the nearby Kotva shopping centre or in tiny souvenir shops which will remind them of their stay in Prague.

The pedestrian precinct on the Wenceslas Square offers a wide range of restaurants, coffee bars and entertainment centres. Nearby central firms, banks and seats of societies are convenient for commercial guests. They can hold their meetings right in the hotel in a conference hall with a view terrace or in some of the adjacent restaurants.

The hotel has 28 double rooms available (3 of them are TWINS), one Suite D'Esprit and one Junior Suite. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom containing a bath or shower unit, WC, hair dryer, mini-bar, colour satellite TV, telephone with the option of direct dialing, fax and Internet connection.

The Royal Esprit hotel (originally called the Hotel Esprit) was established in 1924 by the current owners father. A complete renovation of the Hotel, to provide all the comforts of a four-star hotel, began in 1998 and was completed in January 2000. The Art-Deco style of the interior decoration creates the comfortable atmosphere of a small elegant hotel with a unique position, close to the historical center of Prague.

The hotel offers a range of secretarial services, including ticket reservation. Guest can avail of the Lobby Bar on the entrance hallway, laundry services, and safety deposit boxes at reception 24 hour a day. We offer transport using the hotel Taxi service for a fixed price.

The air-conditioned conference room on the fifth floor is equipped with 14 seats and technical equipment is suitable for various business meetings, celebrations, presentations etc. Refreshment, drinks, meals, coffee breaks, welcome drinks are available too.

Our outside terrace offers a splendid view of Hradcany and St. James' Church.

The Bistrot D´Esprit, part of which is the "Chapel" with is original Gothic vaulting, offers a buffet with a generous range of breakfast dishes in the morning and later on selected grilled specialities a salad bar and traditional Czech foods. Our neighbouring garden creates a peaceful and homely atmosphere.

In the pleasant surroundings of the Restaurant D´Esprit(36 seats) you will certainly forget your everyday troubles. Traditional Czech cuisine is combined with classical and contemporary international cuisine and a large selection of French and Moravian wines at a wide range of prices.
