It is very close to the main shopping streets, the National Museum, the State Opera, etcetera. The apartment is surrounded by a host of Czech pubs, trendy bars, all types of restaurants and famous night clubs.

The underground station Narodni Trida is very close by, and the tram stop is just in front of the house.
