The apartment Tynska III is in the heart of Prague, the area around the apartments is one of the most lively and vibrant areas of the city, with many pubs, bars and nightclubs just a short walk away.

The apartment is just after reconstruction. The furniture is brand new.

The historical building " U Budovce " is situated in the very centre of Prague,
50 m from the Old Town Square.

This 1st floor three bedrooms apartment is 160 square meters big, build during 14th century, Gothic style ( high ceiling ), have :

- 1st bedroom - 2 double beds, commode
- 2nd bedroom - 2 double beds, commode
- 3rd bedroom - 4 double beds, 2 commodes
...as you can see we prefer that our quests feel comfortably, each of our guests will sleep in their own double bed...

- kitchen - fully equipped, refrigerator, oven, etc...
- dining area- table 4 persons up
- wardrobe
- bathroom with toilet
- extra toilet

The house were built during 14th century, Gothic style with high ceiling, while the rule of king Karel IV, and were changing owners until 1617 when it became the property of the Czech nobleman, lord Vaclav Budovec from Budov (28,08,1551 - 21.06.1621).

Baby feed chair and baby cot on request, free of charge.

Towels, bed clothes, etc... are included in the price as well as weekly cleaning.

Breakfast in cafe " U Budovce " at the same address, extra payment necessary.

PC with fast internet, ADSL WI-FI modem (24 hours a day free of charge).
