The apartment is located in the third floor in a building with elevator.

The beauty about being at this location in Prague is that you will never need a taxi. Everything is at walking distance.

The U Obecniho Dvora street is only few meters from Paris Street (Parizska ulice) which is the trendiest street in Prague to shop, eat or just hang-out. The Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge are just two blocks away. The nearest metro station Staromestka or Old Town Metro, is one block away. The Old Jewish Quarter is located across the road from U Obecniho Domu Street.

Apartment nr 7:
- Kitchen (dishes and cooking utensils), kettle and fridge.

- In each bedroom double bed, small table and wardrobe

- In living room, large sofa (bed) and dining table for 4 people
- We can add for a fee 2 extra beds (sofa beds).

We provide towels and bed linen for the number of guests the reservation was made for.

- Parking: We have secure parking spaces in the building where you can leave your car and no need to worry about it. Price 20 EUR per day, reservation in advance required.

- Payment conditions: You will be required to pay for the accommodation when you arrive in cash (CZK or EUR). Rates are fixedly stated in EUR including taxes and fees. There is no extra charge for our service. Prices in foreign currencies may slightly change depending on the foreign exchange rate at the time of your payment.

- Check in at 2 p.m. and Check out at 11 a. m. (extension possible on request).

- Breakfast is not included but all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 corner shops, a fruit shop, a bakery and a flower shop just a few steps away. In addition there are several good restaurants very close to the apartments. Please ask for more information upon arrival.

- You pay one flat rate, no extras for electricity etc. All linen and towels are provided by us.

- We provide a discount of 10% for a stay of 4 to 6 nights and 15% for a stay of 7 to 14 nights. More than 15 nights ask for a special price.
