Apart-Karee Residence is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the center of the city, yet in a pleasantly secluded green street and is situated in one of such completely reconstructed historical buildings.

The residence was given every modern facility and comfort of our age, yet with respect to the historical style of the building. Many lovely historical details, such as stone stairs, paintings on the ceiling and walls, and, of course, the elegant building facade were preserved.

Vinohrady is a beautiful residential area of Prague that carries a reputation of prestige and elegance. Most of its grand Neo-Renaissance, Art Nouveau, Pseudo Baroque, and Neo-Gothic buildings come from the second half of the 19th century and first half of the 20th century, and many have been and continue to be restored in an amazing array of colour and architectural detail.

The Residence Karre has a superb location in Londynska Street, Vinohrady, within a pleasant walking distance (7 min.) to the central square of Prague - Wenceslas Square, close to many other tourist attractions, and just 5 minute walk to the metro stations Namesti Miru and I.P.Pavlova. Vinohrady ranks among the most popular residential districts of Prague with a perfect infrastructure, plenty of quality restaurants, bars, and shops, and excellent access to the city centre and also, major highways. How to get to our Residence:
- From Ruzyne Airport: Bus nr 119 from the main terminal to the metro station Dejvicka (Line A).Then go by metro to the station Namesti Miru and walk (5 min) to Londynska Street.
- From main Train Station: 5 minutes by metro (Line C) from the station Hlavni Nadrazi to I.P.Pavlova and then walk (5 min.) to Londynska Street.
- From Holesovice Station: 7 minutes by metro (Line C) from the station Holesovice to I.P.Pavlova and then walk (5 min.) to Londynska Street.
- From bus Station Florenc: 5 minutes by metro (Line C) from the station Florenc to I.P.Pavlova and then walk (5 min.) to Londynska Street.
