Residence Masna - Prague Historical Center

Residence Masna is a completely renovated 19th century building. Thanks to its ideal location close to the Old Town Square, all prestigious sites in the historical center of Prague are easily accessible from there.

Although all the studios are completely equipped to provide a homely atmosphere we offer our guests a maid service in each apartment. On request we provide dry cleaning/laundry and delivery of food and beverages.

The Residence Masna Studio is situated in the Old Town, a few steps from the Old Town Square.

The area around the Old Town Square is the heart of the city. This is a free of traffic area, full of colourful houses of the medieval origin, Gothic and Baroque churches and also many pleasant restaurants, bars and clubs.

This residence offers comfortable studios from 35 m2 to 46 m2 which include a fully equipped kitchenette and living-dining area, and a private bathroom. A satellite television, DVD, Hi-Fi, direct phone line, and Internet access are a matter of course.

Studio facilities: bathroom (shower)/WC, Sat-TV, direct dial phone, HI-FI, balcony/terrace, ironing facilities, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, safe box, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, bed linen, and towels incl., double bed/twin bed, extra-bed available, DVD-player, Internet connection (free of charge), make-up mirror and shoe set.

The 24-hour reception provides all concierge services e.g. booking theater tickets, recommending restaurants, ordering a taxi etc. Also a room suitable for having various business meetings is available there.

Facilities: airport transfer, daily maid service, damage deposit, elevator/lift, Euro Card / MasterCard, American Express, food and beverage delivery, free of charge baby-cot on request, chargeable parking - subject to availability, laundry/dry cleaning, massage, pets allowed, safe box on reception desk, 24 hour reception desk.

The reception, placed just in the apartment house, is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All major credit cards are accepted.

The rates are per Superior Studio apartments which offer an average size of 35m2, but we offer also Executive Studio apartments of a size of 46 m2 and which are 10% more expensive, for more information thank you for contacting us.

Rates include all services specified in service description e.g. maid service, bed linen etc. and all local taxes. NO EXTRA CHARGE, NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. If your stay will be longer than a week, ask about our special weekly/monthly rates.
