The house was completely rebuilt into a modern residence providing all services in 2004. It is located in a quiet street close to the Municipal House and the Powder Tower, and in the neighborhood of main boulevards, commercial centers, and historical jewels of the city of Prague.

Although all the apartments are completely equipped to provide a homely atmosphere we offer our guests a maid service in each apartment. On request we provide dry cleaning/laundry and delivery of food and beverages.

Internet use is free of charge. The reception provides all concierge and secretarial services.

The area around the Republic Square with the Municipal House is the historical heart of Prague with access to many interesting historic sight, stores, galleries and restaurants within steps of there. It is superbly located just next to the Powder Tower, medieval gate of entry to Prague, where remarkable King’s Road starts. This road leads directly to the Prague castle and in medieval times it was the only road served for King’s retinue. On the Republic Square starts the main pedestrian area, leading to the Old Town Square and the Wenceslas Square.

This residence offers 5 spacious one bedroom apartments from 48 m2 to 51 m2, suitable for couples or business men. All apartments are finely furnished and provide their guests with all the comfort of a home. Each apartment consists of one bedroom, bathroom, large hall with a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The reception, placed directly in the apartment house, is open everyday from 7 am to 9 pm (in the time when the reception is closed you can contact our emergency staff). All major credit cards are accepted.

Rates include all services specified in service description e.g. maid service, bed linen etc. and all local taxes. NO EXTRA CHARGE, NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. If your stay will be longer than a week, ask about our special weekly/monthly rates.
