The Kucera guesthouse is a well-known guesthouse of the family kind, offering comfortable accommodation in the center of the spa zone in Karlovy Vary.

The location of the guesthouse, which is directly in the center of the spa zone with direct entry to the colonnade (the healing wells are approx. 50 m away), comfort and reasonable prices are the main reasons why the Kucera guesthouse is visited by tourists from all over the world. Frequent visits by regular guests are the best proof of their satisfaction.

Near the guesthouse, there are a covered thermal pool, a golf course and tennis courts, a sauna, a museum, a theatre and other cultural facilities and services (massages, hair-dresser, sale of souvenirs, etc.).

Quiet rooms with windows situated on the peaceful side, in the direction from colonnade, bathroom with a shower, WC, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, fridge.

The Kucera guesthouse is located in a significant historical building in the center of Karlovy Vary, called "Dum u tri Moureninu", the history of which dates back to 1715. At that time, this building was owned by the well-known tinsmith Bernard Heilingotter from Karlovy Vary.

In 1806 this house was visited by the famous German poet Johann Wolfgang Goethe. It was one of his ten visits in our house. Among others he met here his good friend Amalie von Levetzow and her two-year-old daughter Ulrika.

In 1909 this 150-year-old house was pulled down and the new Art Nouveau-style house was built on the same spot. The construction was performed by the famous architect Bedrich Ohman from Prague, the constructor of Zamecka kolonada (Colonnade Manor).

The latest reconstruction, improving the comfort of accommodation in the Kucera guesthouse, was carried out in January 2002, in keeping with the original style of the building.

- Parking lot - 150 CZK (around 5,30 EUR).

- A 10% discount applies to stays 14 - 20 nights long. A 15% discount then applies to stays of over 20 nights.

Children under 6 years old stay free of charge. A 50% discount is given for children under 12 years old.

Pets are free, however owners shall be held liable for any damages caused by their pets.

By triple room is understood double + extra bed.
