The hotel is designed for business clients. The layout of the hotel has been arranged with the business clients in mind.

The complex is situated in the quiet area of Zizkov - Prague 3, near the city centre with direct connection to bus service and underground stations - Zelivskeho, Strasnicka a Florenc.

The hotel has 45 rooms, which are large and equipped with a desk, two phones, satellite, safe, TV and bathroom. Rooms 3 NP are air-conditioned.

Structure of rooms: 38 double rooms, 2 single-bed rooms, 5 apartments.
Connections between floors is provided with a passenger lift and with two separate indoor staircases.

Catering services - spacious restaurant 110 places with separate salon with 30 places. The lobby bar, which is situated the left part of 1.NP, has a capacity of 45 places and service is provided from attachment bar, which is in the central part on the ground floor.

Other services - the hotel has reception, office, toilets (ladies, gentleman, handicap accessible) in the hotel part. Entrance to convention hall - 120 places, two salons - 30 places, toilet, is from vestibule. The salons can divided into two separate rooms with separate entrances.

Car park, garden part - car park of this hotel is joined with the car park of the hotel Garni, which enables free entrance and connect both hotel. There are 42 parking places. The connection between the hotels includes hard surfaces in the garden, which could be used for outdoor sitting and has been planted with green vegetation including trellis and pergola.

The detached terrace 4 NP in the tower belong to the apartment, which measure 60m2. There will be a swimming pool for 4 people, grill set and needed outdoor furniture.
