We arrived late at night. but check-in service was great, Our room was a generous size (as was the bathroom). The beds however, were not very comfortable. We stayed there for four nights, and loved how easy it was to walk everywhere. The breakfast was included in the price of the room, and was fantastic. a couple of draw backs....absolutely no view from our room (it looked out the back of the hotel....into another wing of the building). No temperature control...the room was very hot, so we opened up the windows to let the room cool down. We could not ask for a better location, we even went out at night and felt very safe.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. It is almost impossible to find a fault. Some of the reviews I had read before our visit said the staff were surley,well they must have all been on happy pills for our visit as they all smiled and were always very helpful. The complete bed linen ,towels etc were changed EVERY day.When we arrived there was a small fault with the spa bath I reported it the reception and before I had returned to the room the Engineer was there !! Finally the Breakfast ,we have never stayed in a hotel which had such a vast amount of choice it has to be seen to be believed, we had some other meals in the hotel the quality was good the service excellent and the price when converted to euro about half what you would pay in a similar hotel in Ireland and better quality. It was our first visit to Prague and the hotel helped make it unforgetable. We will return ,room 357 awaits us !!!!

If you ever have to stay in this hotel don\'t let anything with a bit of value in your room, there are theft in the staff and they are protected by the hotel manager. And if you can avoid this hotel, it\'s better for you!
I had a business suit stolen in my room, obviously by an indelicate staff member. Handling of the issue by the reception staff and manager was a huge failure, with very little concern, and definitely not the way that you can expect in a 5-star hotel.
