My wife, our two daughters and I stayed past weekend at the Three Drums. We had penthause apartment #5, which is spacious and lovely with a wonderful view, ideal for family. The place was very clean, the breakfast good and staff really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in the best possible location, just minutes by foot to every historic and architectural site in Stare Mesto and Mala Strana. We were happy to take advantage of borrowing DVDs for kids and also for us while staying in after long days of exploring the city. If we\'re back in Prague, we\'ll definately return.

I stayed here over Christmas last year while travelling with my boyfriend and his parents. We chose the 3 Drums becuase we wanted somewhere a little more luxurious for actual Christmas, after a few days of slightly more budget hotels. The lcoation was perfect. We hadn\'t realised before we went that we would be so close to the Old Town sq. and that that was the place to be so we were very lucky in that respect. THe hotel itself was nicely decorated and very clean and we were lucky that we had a huge bathroom with a corner bath and shower and seperate toilet. My boyfriend\'s parents were less lucky in that they got your more typical bathroom in a cupboard, I think it is possible to request rooms, so it might be worth trynig to pick your room out first off the website. That said, their room was still very nice. The only real downside was breakfast, it was not a hugh selection and if you got there towards the end of the sitting (which was not very long about 2 hours) they started to run out of things. This was a shame becuase it was the only thing that really let the hotel down, other than that, it was perfect and great value for our needs. Just a note though, best not to stay here if you have difficulty with stairs. Also, they do not ahve a place to leave luggage, but will allow you to leaev it in their lounge area at your own risk.

Stayed at U Tri Bubnu January 17th - 20th 2007. What a great choice! The room (no 18) was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was endless supplies of hot water. Definately worth the 66 stairs to get to it! The staff in the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, suggesting restaurants to eat in, places to see, ordering taxis... nothing too much trouble. Martina no. 1 (there are 2!) deserves extra credit for her unwaning enthusiasm. I had not been looking forward to the breakfast after reading some negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised to find meats, cheese, bread, jam, pate, orange juice, tea, coffee, cereals, yoghurts.. More than enough to set you up for the day. The location of the hotel was superb. Sooo close to everything. Walked everywhere. Fantastic. If I am fortunate enough to return to Prague, I will definately be staying at U Tri Bubnu again!

We had the opportunity to stay at U Tri Bubnu hotel for 2 nights (15-16 Feb) and must say that we are 2 happy customers who are very satisfied with your hotel and services.
In particular we would like to thank Martina Merhautova and Martina Pokorna for their professionalism and kind assistance at
all times. It was a real pleasure to treat with them both and therefore can not but recommend your hotel to everyone we know.
As a matter of fact, we have already made another booking for July 2007!!!

Paris
U Tri Bubnu Hotel is perfectly located, the center of the center ! it sits on one of the corner entrances to Old Town Square. For a short stay or a long one (we stayed 11 days !!) it is the best place.
Very quiet, old housewooden beamed ceiling... very clean rooms tidied each day.
And the staff, so nice people, make their best for a pleasant stay.
If we come back we will come back to U Tri Bubnu, very highly recommended.
