Bristol i stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and it\'s central location is a bonus. i walked all around old town , newtown, closeby to prague castle, national theatre, muncipal house and all. Plenty
of good eating places around. I recommend the orange moon(not czech but thai, malaysian, indian, burmese food) if u like czech food then szwek is the one to try excellent goulash and variety of local food. A KFC is closeby too. U have savoy for indian food etc.
The good thing about the hotel is the rooms are nice, comfortable, with all amenities, the hotel staff are friendly and courteous. They all have internet access and they will give u a laptop at reception if u ask for one.
the only inconvinience is there is no elevator / lift. (for older people).
I would definitely recommend this hotel to all and hope you enjoy
your stay in prague.

Liverpool Have just returned from a two night stay with my husband and mum and dad.
The hotel is perfectly located literally steps from the Old Town Square.
It is clean and characterful and the staff were polite and smiley.
My husband and I found it fine but for my parents it was a different experience.
They had a room in the adjoining building to the main hotel and on the last night it was freezing. Of course, leaving next day, there was no opportunity to do anything about it!
They had no shower curtain and found the beds and pillows uncomfortable.
Check out was a bit of a mish mash...it was my Christmas present to everyone so didn\'t want to go into the exhaustive figures in front of them. Got totally confused by quotes in Czech, Euros and pounds so watch this if you are due there. Still not entirely sure I was charged what I was quoted.
In most aspects it was great but I have niggling reservations about it that would probably send me somewhere else next time.

Brentwood Me and my girlfriend just got back from a 3 night break in prague. We stayed in this hotel and found it brilliant. The position is about 30seconds from the old town square, which is brilliant as during the day when it got cold or we had too full bags we could just pop back and drop off some of our stuff or get warm. The room was lovely, a nice bathroom even though there was not a shower curtain and a small bath, the bed was very comfy and there was ample room for out stuff. The Massive flat screen TV was great aswell as in the evenings as you could watch a DVD which was borrowed from reception. Each room had an internet connection and so by borrowing a laptop for free from reception allowed you to research what you were going to do the next day or that evening. The staff were all friendly and the hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast is between 7-10 and was a nice breakfast with, cold meats, cheeses, toast, cereal, pastries, and fruit all available. Would defo recommend it for anybody who was going to stay in prague, as it very comfy, has a great location and is very quiet.

Surrey, UK We stayed here with friends in June. The location was perfect - just off the Old Town Square. Very atmospheric hotel - large rooms - big bathroom. The only downside was the fact that there was no lift, and we were on the top floor. It was OK for us but could be a problem for elderly/disabled people. However, all in all, it was an excellent stay, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We would stay there again.

NY I stayed with 4 other friends in an open and airy 2-room suite which was perfect for a group stay. I would not recommend this hotel for rowdy students, however, since it\'s got a quiet, family vibe. You can\'t beat the hotel\'s location in Old Town (just a minute from the Astronomical Clock). The hotel itself was clean and minimally-decorated with old sepia prints of Prague and attractive furnishings. The desk employees were usually friendly and helpful (though understandably not smiling when some of us came in late from a night out at 2am). The breakfast was also quite good for a traditional European buffet (bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal, etc). You can check your e-mail and use the internet for free on the lobby computer.
