Chicago, Illinois Prague was our first stop in Europe, and it was very easy to get to the Denisa from the airport. While the neighborhood wasn\'t very touristy, I found it very safe and family oriented. (Not that I was with a family...but there were a lot of czech families.)
It was clean, some of the staff was very friendly, some not so much.
The breakfast was good with lots of options, and the beds were relatively comfortable. One bonus, a grocery store was right next store.
It is about 7-10 minute walk to the subway, which would have been more bearable in a warmer month!

Shrewsbury, England reat little hotel
Average staff, a bit short with people though!
Trouble is location! esp at night!
Great for day trips but aviod for night trips.
It is VERY costly to get back to the hotel when the metro stops at 2am! BEWARE! not a greatly safe city to be walking round!
OVERALL, nice hotel, average staff and POOR location.

Lisburn, United Kingdom Lift is a bit dodgy but it\'s all part of the charm. Easy acess from the airport and to the subway to get into the city centre, otherwise a 10minute uphill walk from the castle. Just a lovely hotel which is great value.

Burlingame, California Just left Prague and was very pleased with my stay at the Hotel Denisa. It\'s only a few stops from downtown off of the Dejvicka metro line. We had a 3 bed room for about 65 Euros a night and it had a bathroom ensuite plus a mini bar and a computer in the lobby for internet use. Plus there were big lockers you could leave your bags in around your check in/out. Also there\'s a grocery store right on the corner that\'s open past midnight and it\'s only a 15 minute walk up to the castle.

Darmstadt If you\'re coming into the airport on a late night flight, this makes a great option, as you take a public bus right to the metro station Devicja and just walk from there. These busses run until about 11:30 p.m. or so. Hotel was as average as a hotel can be, not overly dirty or clean, just a room for the night. What really impressed me was that I left a necklace behind, went back the next day to retrieve it, and was told it had not been found. I left my name and address with the hotel and asked them to mail it when it turned up, sure I\'d never see it again. But low and behold, it appeared in yesterday\'s post. I\'ve got to give them three big cheers for that.
