Bath, England We booked a 3 night stay at the Denisa in Prague after reading the reviews on this web site (and the fact that it cost us only £66 for the whole stay). I can honesly say that anyone choosing this hotel will not be dissapointed. The welcome was great, the room clean and spacious, and the breakfast lovely!. The hotels location is a big plus with it being only a 15 min. direct bus ride from the airport(bus 119). Also it is only 3 tube stops from the mian centre of Prague. You can easily walk to Prague Castle and we felt very safe walking around at night (even after midnight). Overall there were no bad things to say about this hotel!

Ayrshire, Scotland The hotel, is exceedingly well situated rigth next to the A underground line, and also right next to bus to and from airport. The hotel rooms are spacious, well equipped and airy. The room had large fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities. Also the room had nice bathroom. The breakfast were more than expected with bacon, eggs - scrambled, boiled, or fried. More than usual continental breakfast. Hotel clean, and on the days we did not want to be disturbed we werent but clean towels were left outside for us. Staff really helpful, and were going back in december!!!!!

Ann Arbor, MI USA We stayed at the Denisa Hotel in Prague. It was a perfect tourist hotel. The breakfast that they served was exceptional and was included in the room rate. It is not a hotel where you plan to stay in the room, but when you are in Prague, you shouldn\'t be staying all day in your hotel room.
The desk clerks were all fluent in English, the rooms were simple and clean. There was much construction in the area, so weekday mornings were a little noisy, but evenings were quiet and pleasant.
The hotel is not yet air conditioned, but all the windows work and there was a lovely breeze. It is conveniently located next to a Metro station, tram stations, and busses.
There are lovely restaurants in the area and walking around at night is quite pleasant.

UK We stayed here for two nights in October. Our room was clean and comfortable enough. The staff were generally grumpy and unhelpful, any request seemed like too much bother for them. We asked where the main bus station in town was and were grumpily told there was only the bus \'station\' in Dejcive - nonsense. Breakfast was adequate enough with plenty of choice, although the breakfast room seems too small for all the guests at one time, so we were stuck at a table (which wasn\'t clean) in the corner looking at the wall. Although the hotel is in a pleasant and quiet district which is also handy for the airport, trams and metro - I wouldn\'t stay here again, mainly because of the staff\'s attitude towards their \'guests\'.

Leicester, England We stayed at the Denisa as part of a pre-booked budget weekend break. Although the rooms are quite basic. they are clean, quietly situated and there is plenty of hot water. The beds are rather on the hard side, but our room was spacious and there was a fridge which was useful. Breakfast was very good - plenty of selection - including cereals, breads and pastries, yoghurts, cold meats and cheese. The breakfast room is quite pleasant. The hotel offers free luggage storage after check-out, safes are available and there is an Internet connection in the reception area, which sells stamps, postcards. drinks and snacks. The Denisa is in a good location - although away from the main centre, it is 15 minutes walk (uphill) from Prague Castle and two minutes walk to the Dejvicka metro stop which is on the main \'A\' line.
Although certainly not luxurious, the Denisa is perfectly acceptable for a low-cost short break.
