Dublin Just back ffrom Prague last Monday - very imprssed with hotel! We checked in on Friday but we were told some english ---- had flooded some of the rooms - they then told us they had alternaive accomodation in a 5* 50 yards down the street - they even brought our bags down!!!!! We stayed in Leonardo the last night and we weren\'t dissappointed after staying at the 5*. Leonardo was defo a good 4* with great service - and the breakfast was absolutely superb - worth getting up for!!! Greta location - well recommended

UK We stayed at this hotel with our two kids and booked an apartment. The brochure gave us the impression that the apartment would have a bedroom off the main room. What we got was a tiny room with a folded out sofa bed and a very steep ladder to a mezzanine floor with two single beds.Staff at reception were polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean. A bit noisy at night and early morning as it is in a narrow back street. Breakfast was good but a bit hit and miss with the staff who were very polite and helpful. We went for a nightcap one evening ten minutes before the bar closed and they refused to serve us. They were not busy, just wanted to close early.I would give this hotel a three star and not a four star. Location is good for all the sights.Apart from the pricey room, not a bad place to stay.

Scotland, UK Stayed there for 3 nights in December. This is definately one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Only a few minutes walk from everything but so quiet. Staying in a city centre is always noisy with traffic, sirens etc, but I couldn\'t hear a sound. It is very much a boutique hotel, very clean, modern and comfortable. The room (small apartment) was very spacious with a separate living area/kitchenette with fridge and small cooker (very handy). Beautiful marble bathroom and large hallway. The staff were pleasant and eager to help. Some really terrific restaurants close by and a real cosy bar next door with great music. Will recommend to everyone I hear visiting Prague from now on.

Arlington VA I didn\'t know what to expect after booking the Hotel Leonardo through Expedia but was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and accommodating hotel so conveniently located in Prague. Our room was much larger than expected, and its only drawback was a 1st floor streetfront location and therefore a fair amount of noise.
The staff\'s English was somewhat limited but so is my Czech -- they were very eager to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious and much appreciated, as we found Prague\'s food offerings not exactly to our food-snob hopes. There is a very good Italian restaurant down a block towards Charles Bridge, however, and in hindsight, we would have eaten every meal there!
