Vienna, Austria New style hotel, recently renovated in a classic building. Located near the Old City. Wallking distance from key locations. Modern bathrooms. If you need two rooms together (e.g. travel w/children) ask for contigous rooms with common 3rd door to corridor. If you go with car, nearest parking site is 5 blocks (normal in Prague).

Swansea, Wales, UK The hotel was right in the centre of Prague and the young staff were helpful and spoke good English. Lovely restaurant and breakfast room (don\'t be the last down to breakfast though if you want the full range of food and hot coffee!) They are building a new block at the hotel so there were drilling noises from dawn til dusk which was a little disappointing if you wanted a snooze. The room was pleasant and there was a nice little kitchenette and handy fridge. The shower room was lovely. We did run out of toilet paper at one point though and the towel\'s and sheets weren\'t always changed as often as we would have liked! Good value for money though.

Manchester, UK In Prague we recommend three hotels: Aria (didn\'t stay, but had dinner at Coda, and saw the whole hotel: wonderful! Trendt! Lavish!). Red Lion (close to the castle). Elite (full, but wished to stay here with my wife: very romantic). We found a room (small, standard one) in the quite disappointing Four Season (not valued for money, indeed)... after contacting the reception of a small, smart looking hotel called Leonardo: the staff was not experienced (sad looking, poor english, no spanish...), and could hardly take care of us while a group of noisy Italian was fighting with a management officer about being overcharged with minibar and oversea telephone. It seemed to us that this looking like empty hotel was a tourist trap, and we run out of it. The concierge at the Four Seasons (where we luckilly found a room) told us to avoid those hotels all around the main Old Square which, like the restaurants all around, tend to overcharge tourists systematically. We knew this from Caracas; ignoring that shameful practice was also common in Eastern Europe.

Cambridge, UK Superb - I found this hotel very accomodating, the staff friendly and helpful, and room perfect, the breakfast delicious and it is within easy walking distance of the old Jewish town. It is very close to the famous Charles Bridge.
A brill hotel which was above and beyond my expectations - would recommend.
