London What a fantastic hotel! This has to be by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in- the customer service was brilliant!
Rooms- very clean, maid service fab
Location- great. Some reviews do comment that the hotel is not in the centre. It isn\'t but the tram is so close to the hotel it takes about 10 minutes from hotel into town, no problem what so ever. There are 2 tram lines within 100m of hotel- both to either side of the centre.
Breakfast- varied choice. Fastest service we have ever received for a pot of coffee.
We asked for an ironing board and iron at reception, it had arrived before we had even got back to our room!
I can\'t praise this hotel enough and we will certainly be returning.
NB- If we had to recommend one attraction not to miss it would be St. Nicholas Church- Absolutely stunning! Enjoy!

Sterika Neither historical building nor in historical centre but Great hotel nevertheless. Ultra modern, good location steps away from buzzling Andel centre and just 8 min. tram ride away from historical town centre. Tram are very cheap and frequence, give you a chance to see a bit more of Prague. Staff are very friendly. Lobby is big enough to have a business meeting. Just got to be careful when book, there is another hotel with similar name, but a world apart.

New York, NY This hotel is away from the touristy crowds but perfectly located to get to any part of the city in just a few minutes (right by trolleys and subway). The hotel is contemporary and classy with very comfortable rooms and amenities. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the value is excellent!

London Andel\'s is conveniently located right by a modern shopping centre, tram stops and underground station. On arrival first impressions were \"this can\'t be our hotel, we could never afford this\" but we checked in and were directed to our room. The whole hotel is very clean & modern, and apparently won a design award. The rooms are superb with classy furnishings and fittings. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and all spoke very good English. Breakfast was great too with many choices - hot, cold, sweet and savoury. On our last day we were able to keep our luggage there after checking out before having to catch our return flight later that evening.
Getting to the city centre is a short tram or tube ride away - I\'d recommend the tram as you get to see more of the city.
Andel\'s hotel was the cherry on the cake of a fantastic weekend away. Definitely one of the nicest hotels in which I\'ve ever stayed.
What do you have to do to get 5 stars these days?

Mognol Hotel was excellent and double room was bigger than I expected. When we first arrived there there were stains on the bed cover but we called reception and they offered to change our room but we just asked them to change the sheet - they did very quickly.
Hotel was modern but a little tired. Needs touching up a bit I think.
Bed was big and very comfy. I slept like a log!! Location was quiet. TV was big and we even has a free DVD rental which we used (Little Miss Sunshine - great film!!). Having a DVD player in the room was great. As was fridge!
One small complaint - no kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee.
Decent location away from the tourist mob. Slightly dubious about the location late at night with lots of tramps near the (very handy) Tesco. Good travel links into town and situated right next to the tube.
Close to Staropramen brewery too!
Breakfast was average - no better. Bacon was nasty and fatty and thin. Choice was limited and some of the bread was a bit stale. Some of the bread was very nice though! Good selection of danish pastries. Again, did the job and filled a whole.
For the price we paid - £78 per night for a superior double - it was well worth it and a good base to explore Prague. Would use again (just!).
