Manchester Stayed here a couple of years ago when it hadn\'t been open too long and absolutely loved the hotel. Reading the reviews seems to still be pleasing customers.
From the moment you walk through the door it feels very stylish, the rooms are amazing and it\'s stunning value. We didn\'t eat in the restaurant but the breakfast was great everyday. Had drinks in the bar a couple of times before going out and it looks super stylish and offers good choice of drinks even if they are on the pricey side compared to the rest of town.
It\'s in a suburb set away from the main part of Prague but I would still recommend it anyway as it is next to a subway station so it takes no time to get around at all.
I loved Prague and hope to go back sometime soon and when we do we\'ll be staying at Andel\'s. Would recommend it to anyone.

uk We had a really good break at Andels. I really nice hotel, all staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was not central yet only a short tube drive from the centre, however we walked into the town most evenings (it took about 25mins following the river.) The hotels bar was great; we had a lovely meal there on the first night. We also used the hotels taxi which again was brill. I also loved the breakfast. We will definitely go back. I had heard negative things about this area of the city, but we felt perfectly safe even when wandering about late at night. I also didn’t see any coach parties this hotel appeared to be very business orientated when we were there.

Dublin, Ireland I have just arrived home from Prague where we have been for the last three nights.
We arrived at Andel\'s on the 27th and were initially quite please with the hotel. The reception staff were gruff but courteous but the porter was a charming man and couldn\'t have been more helpful. The room was large and clean although a little cold; all in all we thought that we had chosen well. We turned on the heating and went out for dinner.
When we got back to the room it was still cold, we went to bed and had a really awful nights sleep. I woke up during the night and looked for a blanket to find that there was none - two extra pillows but no blankets. I threw ours coats on the bed and we tried to sleep. We woke in the morning feeling exhausted as we hadn\'t had much sleep and the heating system still had not worked.
Over the next few days we requested a blanket on FOUR separate occasions from various members of staff. The first time we were told that house keeping was closed and that no one had the key to the linen closet!!!!! And that there was no room service available after x time. How ridiculous is that? No matter that they neglected to deliver the blanket even during the day but there is no way that that request was in any way related to room service.
When we complained we were met with a stoney faced response, no apologies even though the hotel had neglected to fulfil its\' most basic duty, to give their customers a comfortable nights sleep.
Anyway, with regards to other areas of the hotel:
- location: okay but not great, easy to get into the centre but there isn\'t a lot around the hotel itself
- food: it\'s okay but nothing to write home about, services is VERY slow and grumpy
- room: okay again but needs updating
- amenities: em... well there aren\'t many, there\'s a limited fitness centre and that\'s about it

Oxford I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on business. It\'s in a good location on the SW egde of the city with a metro station about 200m away. It\'s about 10-15 minutes on the Metro to the centre of Prague, but watch out for pickpokets who operate in the stations, loitering in pairs at the exits. When they spot a suitable non-local, one of them will move off and follow the target very closely, so be careful. Next to the hotel is a shopping centre and a few restaurants. The hotel is very modern with alot of white walls so any small blemishes are more evident. The bathroom had a good sized shower cubicle and a heated floor. Both the room and the public areas of the hotel were very hot. Breakfast in the restaurant was a buffet style with good selection. The room service breakfast was huge (enough for 2) and delivered on the dot.

Glasgow Hotel is in a great location...you could walk into the old town or to the sights if you wanted. There are many transport links nearby, loads of trams run by and a metro right around the corner. Also nearby are lots of restaurants and a big shopping mall!
Hotel itself is wonderful! We arrived and ended up getting a free upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. Two floors! We would have been very happy in the rooms though which looked wonderful. Breakfast was good, good choice and full buffet! And finally the staff were great, very helpful and helped make the trip special!
I would without a doubt stay again if i visited Prague and would not hesistate to recommend Andel\'s!
