This is a very nice Hotel and location is everything with this Hotel, it is literally 2 minutes walk to the Astronomical Clock and 10 minutes stroll to the Charles Bridge. Breakfast is OK, decor is nice, but I am not sure it is totally worth the quite high prices you will pay for a room here. Also, don\'t believe what you hear about how cheap Prague is - the beer is cheap but restaurant prices etc are on a par with the UK.

Estuvimos en agosto de 2007 y nos encantó. De los 6 hoteles en los que estuvimos en nuestras vacaciones (los otros 5 estaban en Austria) fue el que mejor nos pareció en relación calidad-precio. Lo reservamos en esta página \"visitprague\" y nos salió a 109 euros la noche con desayuno buffet incluido (más barato que en Venere). Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta que en esta página te cargan el importe total en el momento de efectuar la reserva.
La situación es estupenda, está en Male Namesti, a un paso de la Plaza Vieja, pero es una placita muy tranquila, nosotros no tuvimos problemas de ruidos y eso que nuestra habitación daba justo a la plaza por la que se entra al hotel. Por cierto que la fachada del hotel no es la que aparece en la foto de la casa Rott, sino el edificio que está al lado. Desde luego por ese precio la situación es inmejorable, fuimos a todas partes andando. Un buen restaurante por esa zona, el Mlejnice (calle kozna 14)
Nuestra habitación era bastante grande, el baño también, tenía una ducha enorme, todo en general moderno y muy limpio. También podías acceder a internet con el teclado de la televisión.
El desayuno buffet lo servían en una sala muy grande y era muy abundante y variado, para nosotros el mejor de todos los hoteles en que estuvimos.
El personal también nos pareció amable, uno de los chicos de la recepción hablaba francés, me vino genial porque me defiendo mejor que en inglés.
En resumen, si volviera a Praga volvería al hotel Rott sin dudarlo!!!
Lo peor es la calefacción, por lo menos en la habitación 127, muy muy tenue, llegamos a pasar frio.

Leeds
We stayed in this hotel for Christmas. The hotel is nice enough and the underfloor heating in the bathroom is a God send in winter.
The location is the hotel\'s biggest selling point. It\'s spot on for site seeing in Prague. We walked everywhere without having to use the trams once.
The rooms are pleasant enough if a little small. We had breakfast included, however on the two mornings we went down for breakfast there was always a shortage of something...plates, glasses, bread rolls.. However once you did get what you required it was good enough.
The hotel was clean, although the chambermaid who cleaned our room was a bit hit and miss.
When we go back to Prague, we would probably use this hotel again so long as the price was right.

Been to Prague before and stayed on the famous Wenceslas Square which was in a great location.Having said that it did not compare to the lovely Hotel Rott.It was just a hop skip and a jump from the old town square and clock.The hotel itself was suprisingly comfortable,lovely and warm,ideal at Xmas!!As with other hotels,this is not your usual eastern block basicly furnished hotel.The rooms were well appointed,lovely bathrooms etc Very good value for money,would highly recommend.

Posición excelentemente centrica, INMEJORABLE. El exterior del hotel muy bonito, y la habitación buena y con vista bonita. En el desayuno, el zumo de naranja, francamente malo. La limpieza a mejorar, no quitaron el polvo de la habitación en los 5 dias que permanecimos en el.
