The location of the hotel was fantastic, it couldn\'t have been more central. The room also exceeded out expectations. We booked a room for four as we had our two sons with us, we were provided with an apartment, it was huge and beautifully finished including original beams and partial glazed ceiling. The remaining features were average at best. Breakfast was okay, enough to set you up for the day, don\'t think that there was much fruit in the fruit juice. And the staff...fine if you didn\'t want their help or advice, appeared to be quite put out if you did! The jury is still out on whether the pros out-weighed the cons or vice versa.

We went to Prague with a couple of friends for a 3 night mid week break. We chose the hotel from the internet, with no recommendations. We were not disappointed with the hotel, brilliant location and clean, spacious rooms.
Yes, it was a bit disappointing not having tea making facilities, but there is room service if you are really desperate. The minibar prices were reasonable and had a good selection. The hotel is quite secure as you need your key card to access the lifts and staircase to the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, but left you alone to get on with things.
Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am which is great if you had a late night and want a lie in. The limited selection of hot food tends to run out from around 10am but if you ask they will provide more.
The hote is clean, modern and quiet, no complaints regarding housekeeping.
The location is ideal, just round the corner from the Astronomical clock in Old Town Square. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
Felt safe leaving our cases in reception after checking out, as we had an evening flight. No problems.
Basically, we had a wonderful time, loved the hotel and would recommend to friends going in the future.

We stayed at Rott Hotel for three nights. The location is perfect since we were very close to everything.
The rooms were ok but nothing special.
The problrm with the hotel is its service.
I asked for a capuccino at 10 o\' clock in the morning in my room since I didn\'t want to have breakfast.
I was told that there is no room service between 8 and 11. I was really agry and I told them that there was nowhere written that there is no room service in the morning. The real problem was that there were no adequate personel to have room service while the restaurant was open.
Therefore I do not think that this hotel should have a 4 stars rating.

great location but I didn find any toilet brush to clean my toilet after i use it, i know it si funny but it is true, desides i was staying at the second floor and we could listen every single word from the next room that means the walls are not made from stones , they are not real wall, if you stay there you will understand what i mean, the stuff very helpfull but never order taxi from them, it is very expensvie call the special taxi number for Prague
