If you are coming for first class service, there isn’t any. I mean its not that there isn’t any \"first class\" service, I mean that there isn’t any service. When asked if there was someone that could help us with our luggage we were told by the desk clerk that there was an elevator down the hall and then the person turned away. The waiter in the cafe was a left over from the Soviet era. Other than that we never saw a hotel staff person at all. The Presidential Suite has the best view in Cesky Krumlov, but no AC. But what a view, well worth at least one night in this hotel. The breakfast, well, what can I say; it was there. The hotel was clean, even if the towels all had holes in them.
Cesky Krumlov? Go, see, die and go to heaven. What a wonderful place. No hotel cafe waiter could ruin this town. Call him Gaston and have some fun with the situation.

Wonderful hotel in the very heart of Cesky Krumlov with views of the Chateau and river. Helpful, friendly staff.
Nice large rooms (old-fashioned European: high ceilings, french windows) excellent closet space and modern bathroom (European style tub/shower, ie. lots of tub, shower comfort ... not so much.) There was a hair dryer. Television with satellite including CNN. Continental breakfast is served in the morning and the hotel has a bar/restaurant.
The location could not be any better. Directly in the center of town and sitting on the river. Funny to reach by car as you will drive the narrow streets to reach the hotel where you can check-in, then you have to move the car to a Parking Lot nearby ... due to the design of the town/roads you\'ll basically double back to the highway, get off at the parking lot then walk to the hotel (5 minutes.)
Can\'t recommend more highly, a great hotel in a beautiful town ... worth the trip (2 hours from Prague.)

Das schöne und gut geführte Hotel liegt leider an einer Holzbrücke, wo Fahrzeuge Lärm verursachen. Ganz besonders gefreut hat sich meine Frau über den dreiteiligen Spiegel, wo man sich beim Frisieren auch von hinten sehen kann. Da es kaum zu glauben ist, daß andere Hotels diesen großen Vorzug nicht bieten.

Graz
Inmitten des historischen Stadtkerns von Cesky Krumlov gelegen, eröffnet sich dem Besucher ein atemberaubender Blick auf die historische Burg. Das Zimmer war überaus geräumig, die Ausstattung ließ keinerlei Wünsche übrig, und dass in einer zum Weltkulturerbe zählenden Stadt eine Holzbrücke über die Moldau führt, macht den Reiz dieser wunderbaren Stadt aus und sollte nicht zu unqualifizierten Meckerein Anlass geben.
Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist zufriedenstellend, wenn auch nicht herausragend. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist höflich und korrekt, wenngleich auch ein wenig distanziert.
