Although initially disappointed that our confirmed booking at the Principe Apartment (Castle View) was not avaialbe upon arrival. The alternative apartment provided met our needs. We were appreciative of the quick response of staff to requests for minor repairs and their understanding of our initial disappointment on not being provide advance notice of the change in venue. Overall I would rate our stay at 75% and would definitely consider rebooking with you on our next visit to Prague.

Service was very good, airport transfer was also very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Great to have a safe and internet in the apartment. However, apartment is in need of repairs, washroom sink has a leak, the drainage pipes of tub and sink have a foul smell, caulking aroud tub needs to be fixed, door to terrace is falling off the hinges, some linens and towels have stains which is not very appealing. Would have been nice to have a working doorbell/buzzer to access the building.
