Having someone wait for us at the airport to pick us up and hand us the keys to appartment 11 (since the office was closed by the timewe got to Prague) was very thoughtful and we thank you for your consideration. Our first impression of the building entrance was very disappointing (dark, dirty, broken glasses etc). When we got into the flat we were pleasantly surprised. It was exactly what we expected : spacious, clean, comfortable and properly equipped. The PC in the flat came in handy since it helped us organise our days in Prague better. If the broken glasses of the inside bedroom doors where fixed and the cover of the sofa cleaned (not to mention a cleaning up of the main building entrance) it would have been perfect. The people at the office where more than friendly and always at our disposal. Overall we had a wonderful time in Prague and we will recommend your agency to friends and family.

We got what we had expected: good location (close to the old town), spacious rooms and helpful equipment (washing machine, iron, etc.). Although it needs some renovation (especially the floors), the flat´s in a good condition. Internet: use it if you have lot´s of time in Prague. Overall: very satisfied!

The bad comments are 1 Although there were 2 showers, when one was being used the other was poor. 2 The freezer needed to be defrosted. 3 There was dampness and mould in one of the bedrooms. The good comments are 1 The internet was free and a good speed. 2 The rooms were of a good size. 3 The information and help provided by your staff was very good and very prompt. 4 The location of the apartments was very good. 5 The taxi service was very good. We had a very good holiday but there is scope for improvement. Thank you.

We will be leaving Prague today. We have enjoyed our stay in Apartment #11 on Oboru Street. Having a computer and access to the Internet was a pleasant surprise. We especially appreciate the prompt attention to the list of problems and needed items that we brought to your office on Friday morning. One other matter needs attention for later guests. Out of four attempts to use the dishwasher, only one was successful. It appears that the mechanism that holds the detergent does not open as it should. The McKnight family

First, let us apologize for arriving so late on 10 July with no advanced warning; we were busy making our connnections from Vienna to Prague. We thank the gentleman who came to your office that night and arranged housing for us. We enjoyed both places that we stayed and found your company to be very competent and professional. The only thing we would have preferred, but understand the reason, is to have had one place for two nights. We hope to visit Prague again; it is a beautiful city and there is much we have yet to see.
