England We had a great stay at the Roma when we visited for 2 nights at the end of November 07. The location is great, in the quieter part of the city but with excellent links by tram. It\'s about a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and we only actually used the trams on our last day as our feet really started hurting by that point!
The room was spotless. The shower room was large and the bedroom was a really good size. Our room was really quiet, we only heard one tram at about 11pm on one of the nights, but this wasn\'t overly noticable. The breakfast was lovely with loads of choice and it was quickly restocked when things started running low.
The lady that greeted us on reception (and seemed to be there everytime we had any questions or requests!) was really helpful with perfect English. She also booked a trip on the Jazz Boat for us, which we would thoroughly recommend (and she even tried to get a free pick up for us, unfortunately that was not possible).
We would thoroughly recommend the restaurant next to the hotel - The Bastille, the food was great and the atmosphere was really relaxing. Also, the Czech wine was suprisingly good and all at very reasonable prices.
We had a wonderful stay in Prague and will definitely be going back at some point. The city is beautiful and althought compact would recommend using the trams, just remember to stamp your tickets in the yellow machine as soon as you first get on.
This city is really safe and we didn\'t feel at all threatened, even when walking around some of the quieter streets late at night.

Notts We booked our trip to Prague for a little pre Christmas break, and booked Hotel Roma because of the good reviews it had received.
We weren\'t disapointed either. The hotel was so charming and welcoming, with good English speaking friendly staff. The room was relatively large with a good sized bathroom and private balcony as we were at the rear of the building. The trams ran right outside the hotel, which had a slight problem with noise at night, but as I said we were at the rear so not a huge problem. As Hotel Roma is in Mala Strana (small side), there\'s not so many tourists around, but a 5 minute stroll over the river and your right in the heart of tourist city, and what a beautiful city, so much architecture, but be prepared for some walking. We stayed for 4 days and walked over 30 miles!!!
Must see\'s are: Prague Castle, Charles bridge, Wenceslas square, Petrin park, astronomical clock in the old town, new town and anywhere else your feet will take you. If you like Tex-Mex food like us try Buffalo Bills just off Wenceslas square. All Prague was so festive but we went home just as the christmas market was starting, BOO! (December 1st). I can\'t praise Prague enough. We loved it. You must go. Enjoy, we did!

San Diego, CA I stayed here in late October 07 and really liked it. The tram stop was just across the street and made getting around very easy. I also liked being on the west side of the river since it seemed less crowded and touristy. I asked for a quiet room and got one on the back side of the hotel, no real problems with noise except the one morning when a Brit couple were arguing in the hallway, but i don\'t think any hotel could prevent that. Free internet in the lobby and the hotel arranged a driver to the airport for me.
I didn\'t use the bar there so i can\'t comment on that. There was a tourist info office attached to the hotel as well so that was conveinent. Room was a relatively large as well as bathroom. Bathroom had tub and shower on wand and a shower curtain. Bed was two singles pushed together and just fine for me. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional, i will stay here again whenever i can make it back to Praha.

Duneland Beach Indiana We have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and it\'s staff.
The hotel arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the Hotel Roma. Our lovely room was ready upon arrival. Suzanna, one of the front desk staff was so helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions, etc.
Our room was immaculate, large, with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfasts in the morning were more than adequate.
Location was great. Our 3 night stay was most pleasant. We\'ve
stayed throughout Europe in similarly priced hotels and this one
was a real winner!
