We found the Hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast selection was very good. We asked for a quiet room which we got and had a restful time in our room. The location is fine if you don't mind walking the 10/15mins into town. There are plenty of choices of restaraunts within 5/10mins walk of this Hotel (heading toward Charles Bridge).

We stayed at this hotel in April 2005. A group of us went for my husbands 40th birthday. We booked the hotel after reading the comments on trip advisor and we were not dissapointed!! Hotel was lovely and clean ,excellent location near Campa Island,hotel staff were very friendy and they recommended a couple of excellent restaurants. The only down side was that the bar was not open very often. well worth staying here. When we go back we will definately stay at this hotel.

After reading trip advisor reviews on this hotel I knew I wasn't going to be disappointed.
The hotel staff on arrival were efficient and pleasent and from first glance the hotel looked very good.
The room was spotless and the bathroom was a good size.
We stayed for three nights and in all three days are rooms where cleaned and fresh linen and towels provided.
I would definately recommend this hotel as it is situated very close to Prague Castle and Charles Bridge and also has a tram stop outside the door.

The Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom and the buffet breakfast is not bad. In short it's what you expect of a four star hotel.
However our stay at the Hotel was spoilt by the incredibly rude receptionist on the last day. Because we had stayed in various rooms and on the morning of the checkout various people were wanting to leave at different times we had previously agreed with the other receptionist/manageress(who ws pleasant) that can we pay for the rooms on a per person basis instead of a per room basis.
However when we tried to do this with the other receptionist did she not only refuse but made the one person pay for all of the rooms. To cap it all I think she swore at us in Czech as well.

just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay in the beautiful city of prague and wanted to thank tripadvisor for helping me chose a great hotel. the roma was spacious -an attic room with huge bathroom,no bath,twin beds,lots of storage and even a separate dining table and chairs. very good cold buffet breakfast, excellent service and great location, within 10 -15 mins walk to charles bridge and only 5 mins to fernicular railway up to petrin hill, but all sights were closed - but a great walk down. we would certaintly stay in this hotel again I only hope its not too long.
