Paris My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Atlantic for the extended weekend in April. We were lucky, that there was sunny weather, maybe first sunny days in Prague this year. The Hotel Atlantic is very well located – just a little walk from the amazing Prague’s Old Town.
The Hotel is clean, friendly and we really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was always very nice, polite, friendly and helpful. They could speak very good English and some of them also German and Spanish.
The room had been recently renovated; furniture and fittings were obviously new. I was surprised, how large the room was. I loved the powerful shower and heated towel rail in the renewed bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean as well as the public areas.
The breakfast was served in the Fiesta Café next to the reception and was fabulous. I really enjoined it. There was plenty of good coffee, teas, juices, breads, ham, cheese, eggs, sausages, bacon, cereals, fruit etc.
Prague is a lovely city and overall our stay was great. I would certainly recommend Atlantic Hotel to my friends.

norfolk As i wrote in Jan 06, i will return to the hotel and i did in April. Its just as nice if not better than i remembered. the hotel was clean, friednly, the bar much improved and you can get a pint. Wine well priced - even if they call cava champagne. They arranged a buzz fizz reception in our room for my parnters birthday. Get room 505, its at the top of the hotel but there is no noise at all. One a point you really should go next door but one, turn left out of the hotel and eat in the restaurant. Nice well cooked food, decent wine and excellent service. Dinner for three with drinks and two bottles of Pinot Grigio just short of £50.00. Again i say, its such a nice friendly hotel and i again can not wait to i return for the third time.

uk We stayed at the Atlantic Hotel last week for three nights. The hotel is excellent, it is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are an excellent size with lots of space and very comfortable. The only thing they lack is tea and coffee making facilities. Staff at the hotel are polite and most are friendly, with the exception of the 'stand in' man on the bar one day.....he could do with lessons in smiling at the least! The usual bar man was very friendly and gave excellent service. The hotel is well situated for seeing the sights, although you must be prepared for lots of walking, Prague being a walking city. There are trams and an underground system, although we did not use these. To anyone considering a city break to Prague, they would do well to consider staying at the Atlantic.

South East England Travelled to Prague for 4 days and stayed at the Atlantic Hotel.
Great central location, walking distance of everything, old town square, Charles Bridge etc.
Rooms at the hotel are big, good size bathrooms and massive dressing space. Kind of basic looking but comfy and anyhow how much time do you spend in your room ona city break anyway! Did not make it to breakfast at the hotel!
Building work going on very near by and is 24hrs a day and could easily keep you awake at night if you are a light sleeper. There are trucks along the road all the time and they are not quiet! As no AC in the rooms you need the windows open and the noise is ongoing.
Overall a good hotel, which will be even better once the building work stops!

Rutherford, NJ We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Atlantic. Very good value. Close to metro, trams and old town square. Big rooms and bathroom with good hot water pressure. Good hot and cold breakfast variety. Free internet in lobby. Asked for quiet rooms and rooms 501 and 503 both were quiet - slept with window open!
