Scotland
Spent 5 nights at this hotel and found it to be a most enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived the staff were more than courteous and helpful and genuinely friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble to them. The standard of housekeeping was excellent and they even took the trouble to recognise that we were celebrating a birthday by leaving a decorative plate of chocolates in our room. The breakfast selection was excellent and we ate dinner twice in the restaurant and were very impressed with the quality of food and the attention of the staff. It was also very well priced. We loved Prague and hope to return to the hotel some day in the future.

UK
This hotel is conveniently located close to New Town and Old Town, both areas falling within easy walking distance. It is in a quiet corner of town, on the Vltava (the Moldau) river with view on Prague Castle. The hotel fully deserves its five stars. Staff were very helpful and professional, rooms are spacious and well equipped and maintained, and the breakfast buffet is superb! To illustrate the standard of service, when internet access didn\'t work in the room originally assigned to me they had a technician checking it out the next morning and as they couldn\'t guarantee that it would be repaired the same day, they immediately proposed to move me to another room. I\'d definitely return to this hotel on a next trip to Prague.

Colorado
We just returned from a 3 night stay at the President in Prague. We found our room and the hotel clean and pleasant. It has a great location for walking around Prague, and a nice view across the river (although the river itslef is not spectacular.) Very convenient to river cruises. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
The decor is very 70s, but pleasant.
We would go back to this hotel, and will certainly return to Prague - what a great city.

Bristol
We were attending a confrerence at the Intercontinental next door, and we were staying at the president due to the hotel being full.
The president is an excellent chice in a fantastic location.
Breakfast is not as good as it is in the 4* ICH next door, but the rooms are lovely, the staff are great, all in all a good choice.

Toronto
Excellent choice for upscale hotel close to heart of the city. Located next to Intercontinental with great amenities, clean, comfortable, friendly staff and much better rates than Intercontinental. Good choice for business trips, excercise facility not great but can use the pool of the Intercontinental next door.
One small issue...cost of hotel taxi, although I am told the Czech taxi drivers charge outlandish rates to the unwary tourist..should cost no more than 600 CZ Kr from airport.
Free in room wire and wireless internet access.
