Seville, Spain
It´s more a four stars hotel, very new, very clean and the best is the situation, close to the Intercontinental Hotel at the end of the Paris street, just five minutes walking from the main square. We never used any transport. Service good.

No es por ser presumidos, pero se nota que es un hotel de dueños españoles.
-Situado junto al Río Moldava, cerca del barrio judío y a 10 minutos del famoso Puente de San Carlo.
-Hotel con salones que aluden a pintores españoles como Goya pese a que el español no lo hablan demasiado.
-Habitaciones muy grandes y limpias, buffete de desayuno estupendo.
Es agradable tener este sitio para descansar en tus largas caminatas por la maravillosa ciudad de las mil agujas.

Location is ideal and the views are great (from our room at least)! Staff were very helpful and cannot be faulted. Only issue was that went at a quiet time of the year and were outnumbered by the staff around 3to1! Staff could not do enough for you!
Location was perfect on the river and within a very pleasant walking distance from all the major sights including the Castle, the old town square, etc.
Overall, we could not find a proper fault with the hotel and when we return to Prague we will definitely think of this hotel.

Rome Italy
We stayed at the Hotel President during our last trip to Prague. The hotel was just great. Perfect location, nice room and the staff was really kind and always prompt to assist the customers.
I higlhy recomend this hotel if you are looking for a 4+ stars hotel without spending a fortune.
Someone else on his review was surprised why this hotel is not too much advertised on the websites. I totally agree with it, it is a mistery!!
