Manchester From the moment we arrived at Prague airport and were picked up by the hotel car to 4 days later when we were taken back to the airport, we had a perfect experience.
The service is wonderful, all the staff were gracious and charming. The facilities are wonderful, from the rooms to the spa and the restaurant. (Food was great)
We could not find fault with anything, we had a wonderful stay and will without doubt return.
Well worth the money, in fact I would say it was a bargain.

USA We visitied Prague for the first time for 5 days in December \'07 and stayed here the entire time.
We found the hotel staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We didn\'t get breakfast included in our stay but in restrospect wish we had because we paid for it one morning and it was delicious.
The whole building is a converted palace and there is a lot of detail work on the interior as well as the exterior of the building.
My wife loved the bed she felt like a princess sleeping in it. We also used their small workout facility and their free internet access quite a bit during our stay.
We would definitely consider staying here again if we go back.

York This was our first time in Prague and we were bowled over. I\'m sure it is beautiful all year round, but at Christmas it is a real life fairy tale.
The Alchymist is a fantastic hotel.
The reception/doorstaff are excellent.
Facilities are amazing, the Spa is stunning.
Rooms lovely and very clean.
The only slight negative is that the cooked breakfast had been standing for a while keeping warm and this spoilt the quality, although I must add that the croissants were wonderful.
We also dined at the restaurant, which was pricey (£100 for 2), but we enjoyed its relaxed feel and the food was good.
I would recommend the Alchymist and we would revisit. The location is amazing, perfectly placed and quiet. It looks incredible inside and out and we left feeling very relaxed.

Moscow Magnificent and very beautiful hotel. I have nothing to carp. Except for one - it isn\'t spirit of Prague from windows (1 floor especially). And for me the view from a window, giving feeling of a city is an essential detail. But it is visible only licked lane and the small square on which there is an American embassy. From safety reasons each car which is approaching on hotel is subjected to examination.

Helen We were extremely impressed with this hotel. Alchymist is a stunningly stylish ancient palace, finished with the hightest attention to details. Location is also great, right in the heart of Mala Strana, the most romantic neighbourhood of Prague.
Our room was exceptional, food fantastic and service was impeccable, even in their magic Balinese Spa. To stay at the Alchymist is like you will be living a Renaissance/Baroque dream. Be careful only with some of their standard rooms. If it is critical for you to have a large, spacious suite, make sure you book at least a junior suite, an excellent compromise between price and comfort, otherwise you may be a little disappointed. We checked few deluxe rooms and some of them were quite small, even if nicely decorated and with all the amenities you may expect in a 5 star hotel. At the end of the day, if you want to spice up your romance in heaven, then this is your place! We will definitely be going back and wouln\'t dream of staying anywhere else in Prague.
