Bianca The hotel is lovely. It is in a good location, really easy to travel from using the underground or tram. The rooms are really comfortable and luxurious. It is quiet and easy to get a really good night\'s sleep here.
The staff at reception were helpful and the breakfast was amazing.
Prague is such a great place to visit and the only problem with this hotel is that it is so nice that you are happy to lie in, have a good breakast and not get out and about and see the city!

cambridge Great hotel, got a really good price through otel.com. Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, staff are helpfull and the transport links are great.
The hotel was much more expensive for food and drinks than bars surrounding the hotel so if you are on a budget go outside the hotel where there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink. Breakfasts were great. No complaints at all.

Budapest I stayed here for a week on company business. The place is definitely stylish, but in a corporate minimalist look. So don\'t expect a resplendant rococo, but well thought out style that certainly didn\'t break the budget set for the interior designer.
The rooms were nicely furnished, also with some style, but nothing that would truly impress. The bed and pillows were quality, and the room came with a DVD player that also played MP3s.
Probably the most interesting feature to the room was the bathroom. There was a lot of interesting fixtures, frosted glass and a glass enclosed shower. (thank goodness I had no need to take a bath) It was quite nice, however the was some practical problems with the shower where water leaked onto the outside floor.
The staff was plesant enough, and I would like to especially mention the very nice maids who greeted me nicely each morning and were mindful of not disturbing me while I had some private phone calls to make in my rooms while they were cleaning other rooms around mine.
The breakfasts provided for guests were brilliant. I\'m a healthy eater and can be quite picky. However, nothing was left wanting. There was plenty of fresh fruit, yogurt, dry cereal, whole-grain bread, pastry, quality cheese, sausages, eggs, juice and their staff kept the coffee coming to the table. Just about everything one could want, including miso soup for Japanese clientele.
The location of the hotel is quite good as it is about 5 minutes to the Andel metro stop and so one is about a grand total of 15-20 minutes from being downtown. I initially thought this place would be too far from downtown for me, but this was not the case at all. One could even have a nice walk to downtown. The area around the hotel is definitely a new, gentrified area with a new mall very close and several new buildings and restaurants nearby. The area also seemed to be very safe at night as well.

Scotland My boyfriend and I saw this hotel on expedia and thought for the price that it looked too good to be true! The food at breakfast was fantastic with such a huge selection. The mini bar wasnt overly expensive and although oscars bar was rather expensive we only used it once.
The hotel is not in the center of Prague but only two or so stops on the metro (which you do need a ticket for!). A newsagents around the corner sold tickets, a day ticket can be used for the bus and metro (not sure about the trams). Hotel had a huge shopping centre across the road with a tescos (which sold everything from wine to car tyres!).
Rooms were ok size, not small by any means, as said in previous posts there was a glass panel at the side of the bathroom wall so in the middle of the night it could be a bit offputting. Bathroom had a bath and a huge walk in shower which was lovely. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows were so comfy!
Best things about the hotel were
1. Breakfast
2.Rooms

Gastard We have recently returned from a trip to Prague. The hotel in general was good, and the breakfast is great. Our only concern was how rude a couple of the staff seemed to be. There was little customer service, or service with a \'smile\'!
We ate in the recomended restaurant \'Corleone\' down the road from the hotel Andel, on the Saturday night, but unfortunately, my wife got terrible food poisoning and spent 36hrs in the hotel room.
I have a suspision that the British a not well liked due to the number of stag parties etc that flood to Prague, and on the evening that my wife was too ill to come out, I ventured to a local bar to watch the football. At half time the barman proceeded to turn all 5 of the TVs over to ice hockey, and turn the volume right up, with a big smile on his face.
As I was the only person in the bar at the time watching sport, It was obvious to me that I was not welcome!
