I would consider myself hard to please and I was very satisfied with this hotel. The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfasts were awesome -- crepes, eggs, yogurts, juices etc. The muzeam metro stop, which will get you anywhere, was only a short stroll away. I would say one area they could improve on would be the dinner food. It was ok, but with so many options nearby (walking distance), you don\'t need to eat at the restaurant. As noted in other reviews, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

a really welcoming hotel, the staff were attentive, nothing was too much trouble. It was very clean and recently refurbished and the beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was continental with sausages and eggs - bacon one morning. Only thing I can complain about was there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room, although room service is available We used the sauna and jacuzzi facilities that are at the top of the hotel, a perfect end to a wonderful weekend. The hotel is situated a street away from wenceslas square, so near enough for the fun but far enough away so you weren\'t bothered by noise etc. None of the sites of Prague are too far away whether it be on foot or by taxi. We found it to be a very luxurious break but not an expensive one. We would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to everyone.

We had an incredible stay in this hotel. The hotel is very well managed, has comfortable rooms, the best breakfast we had during our trip and people in front desk are kind. Close to a tub station, not in the best location in the city, but very handy. You will not regret!

The hotel is in an ideal location. 2 minutes walk from 2 metro stations and tram lines. I had requested a quiet room as i had read reviews that some rooms can be noisey. We were given a lovely quiet room. The rooms are extremley elegant and clean and the beds and pillows..so comfy. The breakfast catered for everyone and staff were helpful. My only grumble - I had looked for a long time for a hotel which had a Spa in the centre of the city, I thought the spa was included in the room price and it is not , it is 1000 chz / for 2 people for 2 hours (£25 aprox). This was disapointing as it would have been a treat after all the walking!
