Melbourne, Australia We arrived at this hotel to find my booking request had not been received (on reflection, I am pretty sure this was my fault) but the hotel receptionist was great, quickly assuring us that they did have rooms available and offering a room at the same price that I thought I had booked it for. The rooms are larger than most European hotels, and were absolutely clean. White sheets on the bed and a white shower is top of my requirements, and this hotel met those requirements. It is also in a great location - just a few steps from the top end of Wenceslas Square (including train stations). We ate in the hotel restaurant, as it was pretty cold when we were there and we didn\'t want to be walking around for ages looking for somewhere to eat. The restaurant was great. This hotel is not cheap, but it is good quality. I would definitely stay there again.
ps when you are in Prague, make sure you visit the Communism Museum, it is fascinating - I never knew a lot of what happened in Prague as recently as 1989.

Australia We stayed in what was supposed to be a two-bedroom family suite but the kids\' beds were narrow couches in the small living area - meaning after the kids went to sleep we had to go into our bedroom and couldn\'t watch TV. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine but not a 5star experience and expensive. I was definitely expecting more space and more luxury. The hotel is close to the station and the museum, but otherwise is at the wrong end of Wenceslas Square. I\'d choose a different area if I was to stay in Prague again - closer to the river.

charleville Stayed at this hotel in january. Location is excellent, good base for exploring. Too much
staff which made you feel watched i.e you no sooner finished your breakfast when they cleared everything. Bed was uncomfortable, not enough toiletries. Very noisy could hear doors banging on the same floor. Classy looking hotel, but all looks but no filling.

Horley Surrey UK We just stayed two nights here March, staff very warm and helpful (and loads of them), very quiet location for sleeping but only minutes walk from main part of town. Room comfortable only complaint is over mattress but that\'s being picky!
No tea or coffee making facilities - durr!! get out more!
Yes the bar was expensive but all hotels are throughout Europe, thats why they can offer great room rates and you choose where to drink. Prague has enough restaurants and bars on offer - between 2000 and 3000 we understand, all of exemplary quality and service.
Recommend this hotel highly for winter, can\'t comment on air conditioning as we had snow all around, lucky us!

Waterford We stayed here for 3 nights in July. It\'s a fantastic hotel. Room was very, very spacious & only around the corner from Ven. Square - just turn right when you leave the hotel & straight down the street!
Staff were very friendly & the food was really excellent. The bar is small but very friendly & the drinks are fantastic!
We would definetley stay here again!
