Let\'s see, where to start? Advertised WiFi Internet did not work. Had to change rooms to get a room that had wired Internet. Could not close the shades all the way, meaning no privacy and lights shining in all niight. Channels 1-10 on the TV were out of order. Someone was coming to fix it, but it never happened. Breakfast starts at 7:00 and no in-room coffee, so bad luck if you have an early flight (as with us business travellers). Lots of noise from other rooms and elsewhere. Really limited room service, small rooms, cheap fixtures. Otherwise, very stylish and new. Pretty good bed. Okay location. I have stayed in worse, but also a lot better. Will probably pick another hotel next time.

Im Gegensatz zur allgemeinen Beurteilung kann ich nur sagen, dass Service und Empfang sehr nett und entgegenkommend waren. Englisch war erfolgreicher als deutsch. Das Frühstück zwar \"übersichtlich\" aber mehr als ausreichend. Das Hotel ist noch in reichweite, daß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Prager Innenstadt zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Aber auch sehr gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Achtung bei Taxifahrten vom Flughafen ... ca. 750 Kronen! Taxen sind sehr teuer. Ein durchgängiger Stil macht den flair des Hotels aus. Sehr gepflegt. Kombiniert mit modernen Elementen, wie Flachbildschirme und Parkettboden. Gerne wieder KM
