Norwich The hotel was fine, but I wasn\'t prepared for what was in store during our stay. After a small fire in our room, which we extinguished, we were promptly thrown out of the hotel for taking the matter into our own hands. To retain our room we were forced into paying a huge fine under the threat of being arrested by the police, who definately seemed to know the manager, and found it nessessary to pat their battons on their hands.
There was even human faeses on one of the staircases. I understand there was a rowdy party in the hotel and it would appear that our business trip was mixed up with a stag do by the way we were treated.
I complained to Ramada Head Office, and they washed their hands of the incident. Which defeats the point of hotels having a brand. Unfortunately Ramada is just a franchise, so be prepared for unlawful conduct and varying standards accross the world.

Cheshire We were disappointed when we saw the small and narrow lobby. But that was only a deceptive appearance as we realised most four star hotels on the street had the same narrow lobby. Inside is a whole different experience. The hotel is conveniently located, near shops, transportation, and tourist attractions. The rooms were reasonbly sized and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a reasonably good selection and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Brighton England I stayed here last week with a friend and my 80 year old parents. The hotel was fab - really clean, great service and wonderful buffet breakfast included in room rate. The hotel is right on Wenceslas Square, and the reception staff were incredibly efficient and helpful, especially with the \"Olds\", booking taxis, trips, etc. This attitude is not always prevalent in the Czech Republic! Can also recommend having lunch, dinner or cocktails on roof terrace of the U Prince Hotel, in centre Old Town. More expensive than some but so worth it for the views and quality. They don\'t advertise it but just walk in main entrance and take ancient lift to top floor. NOT recommended the gorgeous Mucha restaurant - fantastic deco interior and utterly dreadful food!

Roma Italy A wonderful location. Within easy walking distance from everywhere. Staff at reception kind (not the same for people at breakfast room). Great breakfast buffet and huge room. Little expensive the shuttle service to/from airport - 750 ck - payed 500 by taxi AAA. I recomend the hotel above all for room/bathroom size and location.

UK Wanted to stay in a 4-5* hotel (e.g. hilton, radisson, marriott, etc) but they were all full, so opted for the Ramada. Hotel is located on the busy shopping Street surounded by casinos and kiosks selling fast food. Staff were helpful. Rooms were ok and clean. The air conditioning did not work very well. Wifi did not work either, though the internet broadband facility in the room did work reasonably well. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Overall - central hotel, reasonably priced.
