Craigavon Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in september.
The hotel is in an excellent location - right on wencelas square, close to two metro stops and only a short 10 minute walk down to the old town square.
The staff were helpful and spoke good english. the rooms were very spacious and well serviced. Big beds, mini bar, tv,hairdryer and a large bathroom with powerful shower.
The hotel felt very secure with staff at the front desk 24 hours a day and key cards required for access. There was a small basic restaurant and bar although this was empty during our stay, we only saw two people using it one morning. Because of this I would not recommend it for you people looking for a lively hotel with a bar.
This is very much a quiet and peaceful hotel in a great central location.

New Jersey The minute you walk into this perfectly located hotel on Wenceslav Square, you are greeted by a youthful, friendly, warm yet polite and efficient staff. The rooms are simple, the beds very comfortable, especially those nice down comforters to sleep with! Modern large bathroom...just watch that tricky \"lights and power\" automatic shutoff. I f you don\'t put your room key (magnetic card) into the \"power slot\" when you enter your room, the power goes out after three minutes...very smart and energy efficient.
Buffet breakfast was adequate, no variety, same choices every day.
All the staff are curteous, helpful, smiling, and speak English of course.
Definitely where I\'ll stay again.....very reasonable rates too!!

UK We stayed at the Ramada Grand Symphony for 3 nights in Sept. 2004. This is a fairly new hotel and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The rooms were large, comfortable, very clean and quiet. The hotel has a great location being in the heart of Prague. We paid EUR 139 for a double room. If you want to stay in downtown Prague this is one of the best places to stay. We will stay here again. We ordered our own transport to/from the hotel by using the white minibus service (Cedaz Ltd) at the airport, only CZK 480 for 1-4 persons.

Iris We had a lovely 3day break in Prague and this hotel was ideal for a fairly frenetic stay in this magical city.
Our bedroom was away from traffic on the busy Wenceslas Square which was just outside our front door.Breakfast was included and provided a very good start to the day.Bed and bathroom were new and very comfortable with fluffy towels and a firm mattress.
The manager was a charming young man who was anxious to please.
A taxi to airport was booked at the desk and was very satisfactory if a bit pricey at 750 Korona for a 20 minute run.Wish I could have had a week extra as there is so much to see.
