Lisbon I stayed at Hotel Josef for 2 nights and regreted not having had the time to stay more. The hotel has an excellent location, we can easily walk everywhere. The rooms are minimalist but very confortable with wonderful beds and pillows, a large bathroom and lots od toiletries.
Breakfast was also very good, plenty and fresh. Staff was very attentive and helpful with our questions and requests. Though it is a minimalist design hotel it has lots of charm , character and is very comfortable. I found it though a bit expensive. But then, Prague is turning a very touristic and expensive city, unfortunately. I highly recommend this hotel and will return on my next trip to Prague.

Prussell My partner and I recently visited the Hotel Josef for a 4-day break and we was more than happy with our choice of hotel. We booked room 704 for an additional charge and even though this room wasn\'t huge, still catered for our every need during our stay. The location is next to a Police station so to be honest, you couldn\'t ask for a safer road!!! The staff were efficient and always ready to assist and i would also reccommend that the hotel arrange transfer to and from the airport in the hotel cars.
The hotel is in a back street but is of central location for sightseeing and a short 5 minute walk to the main Square. Sightseeing in prague is senstional and it\'s a tiring experience that i\'m glad we stayed the 4-days to fully appreciate.
Reastaurants in Prague are also something that suprised us....Two to reccommend are the Lairy Fairy and the restaurant Flambee. Both had exceptional menus and the service was first class.
All in all this was a perfect break that we both enjoyed to the full and would not hesitate to pass our compliments for the hotel, sightsseing and Prague as a whole.

York We spent 3 days here on a Jet2 break and found the hotel superb an excellent location for the old town. The rooms are very upmarket, spotlessly clean and the beds are massive. The breakfasts are out of this world such a choice and all the staff were so friendly and helpfull.
Prague itself was lovely, very cold but thankfully theres lots of cafes serving wonderful hot chocolate. The little Italian restaurant on the way into the old town is a must and the Staropramen beer is like nectar.
We had a lovely romantic break here and will definately be back for more.

Derby just got back from a short break in Prague staying at this amazing designer hotel. despite looking so cool, the Josef was still really cosy and made a great base from which to explore Prague, as the hotel is very well situated. we got upgraded to one of the superior rooms with a glass bathtroom, which is well worth seeing!
staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast (served \'til 12!!!) is awesome - needless to say we will be going bac

Maastricht Netherlands We stayed in the Josef for three nights in february. We loved everything about the hotel. The location is great in the old town. We booked a standard room but were given a deluxe room without charge. I think this was because the elevator did not run to this floor. We even got a small bottle of white wine and a fruitbasket. The breakfast is great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The tips for restaurants on their website are also really good. If we go back to Prague we will definitely stay here again.
