Edinburgh, UK Well located in the centre of the city. Everythinhg in walking distance. Classic central Prague with small lanes ansd streets to get there. No noisy bars next door so good night sleep. Some very exciting and fun bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Hotel taxi not too expensive and local taxis in abundance. Agree the price before you start. Rooms very comfortable and all the toys you expect inc free internet. Minimalist design, very modern, will stay there again.

Lancaster Just got back from Prague and have had a fantastic time. Hotel Josef spot on - nothing too much trouble for any of the staff. Rooms are one of the best I have ever stopped in, clean with towelling bathrobes provided and even slippers! Umbrellas even provided in case of rain. !! Very quiet and breakfasts also fantastic - the choice was great, either buffet or waitress service. Will certainly use this hotel again - two minute walk from main sites etc.

Scotland Recently took a group of 30 to the Josef. Not always easy to please everyone in a group but the Josef certainly exceeded expectations. Everything from rooms, conference facilities, service, food, staff etc were excellent. The staff are most helpful, friendly and smiley!! Nothing was too much trouble even some of my more difficult requests.
The hotel also organised some external events for us which were also brilliant.
If you\'e planning to go to Prague, I can definitely recommend the Hotel Josef.

Glasgow Anyone visiting the historic and beautiful city of Prague should try and book a room at Hotel Josef, conveniently located near the Old Town Square, this award winning minimalist hotel was a delight to stay in. The breakfast itself was amazing and the bell porter lovely. The demeanour of the reception staff still have to be warmed up a bit, but that aside a fantastic place to stay. But be warned, if you think Prague is going to be a cheap week-end away, think again. But truely worth every penny! Enjoy.

Vienna - Austria Hotel Josef is situated only a few steps from the city center. I liked the stylish design, which of course is just one criteria of an enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet is one the best I have had in a hotel in Central and Eastern Europe. I recommend the friendly and professional taxi transfer service to and from the airport which the hotel offers. Things to improve: the rather small gym, no sauna. I also suggest you read the directory in the rooms for advice on restaurants and places to go. I have had a wonderful time and will stay again at Hotel Josef.
