Prague, Czech Republic Hotels and Apartments

This hotel offered probably the best service I have ever received - so much so that I was always comparing the hotels I stayed at after Riverside during the week and was sad no one could live up to Riverside\'s standards! From the moment you arrive you feel welcome and taken care of. Having a seat in the bar is a nice way to check in. The front desk reception answered every question with a smile and made fabulous dinner recommendations.

The breakfast room is very unique. It is downstairs, under ground, but you don\'t feel it - it has been constructed like a \'cinema room\', complete with a big screen live web cam of the surroundings. The servers in the breakfast room practically bend over backwards to make sure you are happy.

The rich red colors are warm yet not overpowering. Very modern.

I parked directly outside the hotel - at no charge! I can\'t find any fault with the hotel, and would highly recommend.

The hotel is clean, the staff courteous, and room was beautiful. Our view was the Fred and Ginger building from across the river. The bar was excellent and very inviting. The area was safe (in fact all of Prague that we went to was safe). This hotel richly deserves its high rating.

Stayed at the Riverside over the Christmas period and they truly live up to what they promise. The luxurious yet informal atmosphere makes this hotel worth every cent. The staff deliver the finishing touch. A must see and do !.
