This hotel is superb. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly - and make guests very welcome. The location is excellent - just 20 minutes gentle stroll along the river to Charles Bridge, and just enough distance away from the centre for a peaceful stay. The rooms are excellent and those with a view of the river really do live up to their description. We could not fault this hotel - it is great value - stop looking and book this one!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Riverside. The staff could not have been more courteous or helpful. They arranged a car for us to and from the airport, which helped us avoid the hassles others have noted with cab drivers in the area. Everything about the hotel was beautiful, immaculate, and indulgant. They set me up with a laptop in the bar to check email since I didn\'t bring mine. The only drawback we could find is that it is a bit of walk to any tram or subway stop as well as to most major sites. We don\'t mind walking, but others may opt for taxis. Overall, it exceeded our expectations...

From the moment we arrived and received free welcome drinks in the parlour, we were relaxed. We felt like guests in someone\'s home. All staff memerbs exceeded our expectations... from the door staff to the outstanding breakfast staff who aim to cater to your every need.. they encourage you to make special requests of the chef and they delight in preparing your request for you.
I stay in hotels over 300 days a year and my stay at the Riverside Prague was undoubtably the most memorable in terms of outstanding service in several years.. the hotel itself is gorgeous with pleasing decor and a wonderful fascade.... I highly recommend this hotel... location is also perfect.
I will be going back in a few weeks to re-live the fantastic weekend that we had there.

This was our first visit to Prague and the welcome we received at the Riverside Hotel was outstanding. Ideally located away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Prague itself but still only short walking distance from the main tourist sites. Room very clean and beautifully decorated and the air conditioning was a bonus given the unexpected heatwave. Breakfast outstanding, loads of choice and the complimentary glass of champagne was a lovely gesture. No hesitation in staying at this hotel again next year.

All the reviews are correct - this is an excellent hotel with excellent staff and I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The rooms are well decorated and extremely clean and well kept. All the staff - and I mean all the staff - are very helpful and friendly. The food is terrific and the service is second to none. This is an exceptional hotel.
