London, UK My wife and I came to Prague to run the half-marathon and stayed at the Riverside for three nights. Virually faultless and at the price, great value.
Arrived very late on Friday night. Paul, the night receptionist was charming and efficient. The interiors of this hotel are very cool, deep red walls and chandeliers everywhere. The night porter, Otto, was a hoot and these two staff, who we met post midnight summed up the personnel- real pride in their hotel and a mine of information. This is not good service in a trite way, you have to seek it out yourself, but if you do, you will be well rewarded.
We had a top floor room, it was like an upmarket loft apartment. Great balcony.
Breakfast was plentiful and a good range and the matriarch who runs the breakfast room makes it worthwhile in itself.

Dunfermline, Scotland I chose the Riverside for a 5 night stay in Prague based on the reviews and thanks guys, you weren\'t exagerating. It\'s excellent reviews are well merited.
Even the standard rooms have a classy designer elegance, the staff are helpful and the location is ideal. Its within easy reach of all the tourist sites by tram or on foot. Good quality toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers were provided. English speaking news channels (Sky,BBC,CNN) were available on tv for those who want to stay in touch.
We booked through Expedia and the deal was room only. If this is what you\'re going for then the hotel charge an extra 25 Euros per person for breakfast which is expensive in this part of the world. (Especially if you have a large party) We ate breakfast at the Cafe Savoy which is about 300m away just at the next bridge. The food was great and a huge killer breakfast in a chic location is less than half what the hotel charge.
Very comfortable and friendly with plenty pubs and restuarants close by if you don\'t want to hike too far in the evening for your meals. Loved it!

Paris The level of service of the Riverside staff was great ! Helpful, enjoyable...I highly recommend. The decoration is also very nice, recently fully renovated. Our room was spacious, convenient and very relaxing. It was also perfectly located, extremely quiet area but very easy to walk to the main streets and attractions.
Thank you to the Riverside for making our stay something we\'ll remember.

Wharf stayed here at the end of November - very nice hotel
- very friendly staff - nice little bar - great views of the river - buffet breakfast was very good - and though it is close to the road you don\'t hear a thing - got a great deal direct from the hotel which included airport transfers which was a nice touch - its a little further out than other hotels but not by much - its only about 10 mins walk from the Charles bridge - and you can do a big loop through a good number of the sites which is handy - definitley recommend this hotel

Colino We decided to take a 4-day break in Prague and, having studied the reviews, chose the Riverside Hotel. Our choice was based on rating (5th out of 396), location (within walking distance of the Old Town) and price (very competitive). What a great choice! - a standard double room room overlooking the river - the staff were helpful, considerate and polite - the breakfast buffet was first class. We would certainly recommend this hotel.
