Prague, Czech Republic Hotels and Apartments

This is a lovely hotel.
Staff very helpful and friendly and on arrival when I said I did not have any change yet for a tip , for helping us with the bags , the bell boy said it was not expected.
The room was not huge but very nice overlooking the river with a small balcony lined with red geraniums.
Lots of lovely toiletries, robes and slippers.
The road outside can get very busy but with the secondary glazing there was no noise at all.
The bed was about 2 metres square and very, very comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent, everything you could ask for with eggs cooked on request to your taste.
The hotel is about 20 minutes walk to the centre which when you have been walking all day it can be a problem getting back to the centre in the evening, but saying that if you head towards the Andel shopping centre, behind the hotel ,there are a number of bars and restaurants full of locals and music.

My boyfriend and I had been working very hard and needed a luxurious hotel and base from which to eat, drink and explore the city. We got exactly that from the hotel.

We thought the hotel was wonderful - the breakfasts were amazing - with all the smoked salmon you could eat, fresh fruit and cold meats.. the bathtub was huge, the room very tasteful and comfortable. The service was excellent, staff polite and friendly. The proximity to the centre was perfect, and there was no noise from the road either.

I would recommend this hotel as it really was a treat.
