anonymous A fried and I had three nights at the Riverside early December. The staff were wonderful, extremely helpful and we wanted for nothing. The breakfast was lovely. Overall there is not one negative thing to say about the Riverside. I would recommend it to all.

Wales, UK Stayed for 3 nights and were completely bowled over by the service and facilities offered in the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful, hotel is small but decorated to a high standard. Be warned however the mini-bar is expensive!
A great hotel, would stay again, as a treat would upgrade to the dulux room.

Gav Stayed in one of the suites on the top floor for 3 nights and can definately say loved staying at the hotel. Staff were all very friendly and room was great. Right on the river with Charles bridge about 15mins walk away. Would not hesitate to go back again. Good French restaurant on the opposite side of the river over the bridge. Had a great stay in Prague going to opera and other concerts.

London We stayed at this hotel for 3 nghts in november and found the decor and quality of the rooms very good. The rooms are small but detail is given to the high standard of fittings and quality of bedding etc. The use of color and style is very good in this small hotel. We found the staff very helpful and freindly and they were able to arrange everything we required like recommending good restaurants to taxi pickups etc. The Hemmingway bar is tastefully decorated and comfortable and serves very good cocktails and wine. We found this hotel to be a good base for exploring Prague and would go back.

Belfast N.Ireland. Dear fellow travellers,Firstly I would like to point out that I am generally not in the habit of complaining but I believe on this occasion such emphatic complaint is justified!!Without being too emphatic do not stay at the Riverside Hotel!!I have just returned from Prague having spent 5 nights at the hotel, but was forced to leave on the penultimate day and book into another hotel. This was due to the fact that my room had been entered without my permission ie the \"DO NOT DISTURB\" sign was on the door, yet the hotel staff felt totally justified in ignoring aforementioned sign.Certain items went missing from my room. When I confronted the hotel manager about this his attitude was deplorable. Effectively he accused me of lying, as something like this had, apparently, not happened previously. As you can imagine I was disgusted by this and quite frankly had never encounterted such an attitude before in any of the numerous hotels that I have stayed in!!!I certainly did not expect to meet with such ignorance and apathy in a supposed \"small luxury hotel of the world\" which it certainly is not!!!!! Nor is it even bordering on five star accomodation!!!Having spent an already prohibitive amount of money in a hotel which quite frankly has no facilities save for a bar which sits about 10 people and a room service/hotel food menu which offers about 5 items,I felt I could not possibly stay another night there. There are many fantastic hotels in Prague and I would strongly suggest that u make other arrangements rather than stay in this gaudy boarding house.Check your hotel bill before you settle up as you might be surprised at what you may be charged for.ie.facecloth.You have been forewarned!!
