my visit to prague was a great experience and the luxury level i found in pachtuv palace where i stayed made it unique starting from the rooms and the services to the hospitality and the professional help given by the staff in the palace .
i was lucky to have a chance to stay in this beautiful palace and i strongly advice tourists of prague to visit this place.

We stayed at the Pachtuv Palace for 4 nights. The location could not be better with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. Our suite was huge, very clean & comfotable with a grand but modern feel. On arrival the staff were very welcoming & helpful & continued to be throughout our stay (particularly George). There is some noise at night from people passing after a good night out, but this is always going to happen in a city hotel & is hardly worth a mention.
If we return to Prague or know anyone visiting we would definately return or let them know about this hotel.

We just returned from a week in Prague, and stayed at the Pachtuv Palace based on the previous reviews in Tripadvisor. The hotel was everything we had hoped for and more -- beautiful, ideal location and great service. Since we were travelling with our two young children, we got a two bedroom suite, which allowed the kids room to spread out, and keeping the kitchenette stocked with milk, bread, juice etc. kept the children in good humor and contributed to a very pleasant experience overall. We highly recommend the Pachtuv Palace and are looking forward to a return trip.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Prag, das Hotel ist schlicht und einfach ein Traum, sehr zentrumsnah, direkt an der Moldau (je nach Zimmer auch mit Blick zur Moldau).
Das Zimmer war wunderschön, Bad und WC getrennt, Wohnraum riesig, Schlafzimmer noch groesser, ...
Alles in allem: 5 Sterne deluxe!
Kann man uneingeschraenkt weiterempfehlen!

I visited this (now I can say:) fantastic hotel in the end of May with my whole family. I didn´t expected so great experience as well as all my family didn´t. We are travelling to some european destination once per year last 5 years regulary. When we get into the room we were more than surprised. It was spacious elegant Suite with wooden frescoes and with beautiful bathroom. In every part of the room we felt the word \"luxury\" and \"comfort\". The Prague castle view was also unbelievable and unexpected.
Only problem was rainy weather during our stay in Prague, but we always had a chance to stay in our room and watch the history in our room.
Hotel stuff was also very friendly although we had a chance to see them only few times, because we were always outside of hotel or in the room.
I would truly recommend this hotel to other travellers especially for fans of history.
