Our apartment was all that we had hoped for. It was very well furnished and equipped, exceptionally clean and in a perfect location for exploring the heart of Prague. An added bonus was the icecream parlour downstairs! The service we received was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful with arranging taxis, etc. There was some confusion with our booking when we first arrived but it was quickly dealt with. We have recommended the service to many of our friends and hope it won't be too long before we return ourselves.
