A Fine And Relaxing Experience In A Quality Hotel
As a newcomer to making a reservation on-line I found my experience to easy and trouble free. This was my first trip to Prague with my Czech finance and I was a little weary as to what to expect. The 'Hotel Raffaello' is a fine example of a quality hotel and made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and the facilities were excellent as was the food. The hotel staff were more than happy to help with queries and were very knowledgeable. All in all an excellent example of how a hotel should operate and I would highly recommend it to newcomers or regular visitors alike.

Comfortable, Friendly & Excellent Value
We spent 3 nights at this recently refurbished hotel where the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated round the corner from Pavlova metro station and tram stop, therefore it is very easy to get to the main sites of Prague. We would certainly return there again.

This hotel was great. It was recently remodelled, and was well appointed for the inexpensive cost! Breakfast was included, and the English speaking staff was friendly and efficient. There was a problem with the pullout couch in our suite, so they gave us a free suite to correct the problem. Amazing!

Stayed in this excellent, inexpensive little hotel, 3rd-7th Jan, 2005 - within easy walking distance of the city centre, even for seniors like us!
Staff very helpful - room + bathroom, newly refurbished, breakfast good. No complaints at all!!!

Stayed at the hotel 01.01.05 to 04.01.05. Got a good deal on the room, which turned out to be a suite! Breakfast much better than your average Continental. Very handy for the metro/tram stop, but we walked (with kids!) into the City centre - a stones throw from the Museum and Wencelas Square. Would recommend and believe me, we're picky!!
